The album also features "Frozen", which won a Mid-Atlantic Song Contest Gold award in Adult Contemporary (All Mine, Safe, Shadows, and Only Water were also finalists or honorable mentions). The album was recorded and mixed by Mike Davidson at Plaid Dog Studios in Waltham, MA.
